The Policy of STUDIO V.M. has been the foundation of the activity since the company's establishment with the aim of:

- Acquiring new Clients thanks to the consolidated image in the market;

- Having a portfolio of Clients and orders that guarantees work continuity with the right margin;

- Having human and technological resources that are always at the forefront and able to meet requests;

- Continuously seeking and seizing opportunities for organizational improvement;

- The constant pursuit of good professional practice and the quality of the tests performed, whether accredited or not.

It is the management's intention to comply with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards, confirming this intention by maintaining the relevant certifications.

In summary, the Policy is expressed through the following key points:

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

In terms of:

- Quality of the service provided in compliance with the requirements and standards applicable to the service performed by competent and aware personnel;

- Technical support to the Client;

- Timeliness of the service and punctual compliance with agreements made;

- Effectiveness in communication;

- Compliance with current laws and regulations.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

In terms of:

- Professionalism, training, and technology;

- Organization, personnel, facilities, and equipment.

The Policy is implemented with the support of the tools necessary to pursue the objectives, which can be summarized as:

· Active participation of Management and all staff

· Provision of the resources necessary for maintenance and continuous improvement;

· Implementation and monitoring of the quality system and review of results through appropriate process indicators.

Continuous improvement is also achieved through the determination and monitoring of the analysis of the context of associated risks and the actions identified and implemented.
