Chemical analysis

Chemical analysis is performed with an optical emission spectrometer, model SPECTRO MAXx, on all carbon steels, stainless steels, and on nickel and its alloys.

This test is able to determine the chemical components present in the analyzed material and to compare the values obtained with the specifications of the materials and various European and international standards.

The machine is equipped with reference samples with periodic calibration, properly certified by international organizations.

All analysis operations are managed by software which, depending on the material to be examined, ensures the correct procedure and detection of the components, providing the obtained values.
