Heat treatments

The electric oven allows us to carry out heat treatments by simulating the same characteristics as those that will need to be performed during the construction cycle.
The heat treatment, when required at the end of the production cycle, must also be carried out before performing tests on materials and welds in order to verify the actual mechanical characteristics at the end of construction.
The electric oven, connected to the computer system, is fully controlled by software which allows you to set the heat treatment temperature, holding time, and the heating and cooling gradient.
The treatments it is able to perform are aging, stress relieving, step cooling, and normalizing up to

1,100°C.
