Chemical analysis

Chemical analyses are performed with an optical emission quantometer (SPECTRO MAXx) on all carbon steels and stainless steels, on nickel, on copper, on aluminium and all their alloys.
This test is can determine the chemical components that can be present in the analyzed material, and compare the values obtained with the material's specification and with the applicable European and international standards.
The machine employed is equipped with specific blocks for periodic calibration check, properly certified by recognized international bodies.
All the procedures are handled by a specific software that, depending on the material to be tested, ensures a correct implementation of all operations and an effective identification of all components, also providing the values detected and recorded.
